Jaime Pressly knocked up

My Name is Earl star Jaime Pressly is four months pregnant. The actress announced the good news during a taping of The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Wednesday. She told the audience that she won't find out the sex of the child until Monday, but that her doctor joked that it's either a boy or has "a third leg."
Pressly, 29, initially denied media reports that she was pregnant because she was only one-and-a-half months along and was worried about miscarriage. "I lied and lied and lied!" she said.
So far, it's been an uneventful pregnancy, despite the usual discomfort.
"I live off Tylenol," she confided. "The mood swings you can't do anything about. You want to stab people and you don't know why! I'm still tired. You wake up sleepy."
She added: "I'm healthy, the baby's healthy, we're good."
Pressly's boyfriend of one year, deejay Eric Cubiche, proposed to the actress on October 17, but the couple has not yet set a wedding date.
"I'm not even thinking of planning a wedding right now," she said.
So far, there are no plans to incorporate the pregnancy into the hit NBC show.

They are currently shooting in Los Angeles, but will film in South Africa and Morocco. Not my taste. I want my Jake to do some romantic flick again.

Rapper and noted prose stylist Kevin Federline, 28, took up his Sharpie and left behind a love note* on the shower door of his dressing room at the House of Blues in Chicago, where he performed November 8. The message, written the day after wife Britney Spears, 24, filed for divorce, reads:

During her recovery, she wrote a children's book, "The Showgirl Princess" and launched her own perfume, "Darling." The former soap opera teen star wore a pink feathered headdress and flowing gown by designer John Galliano to kick off her renamed "Showgirl Homecoming Tour." She also wore a bejeweled pink corset as she launched the concert with her classic hit "Better The Devil You Know." After Australia, Minogue plans to travel to Europe, playing dates in Britain.

According to sources, KFed is currently in negotiations to sell a sex tape he made with Britney Spears for $50 million. One company in Arizona is willing to pay the fee. KFed is using the tape in negotiations with his ex. He is willing to sell her the tape for $30 million and custody of their two sons.

The tape was filmed in the first few weeks they were together at the Beverly Hills Hotel. It shows Britney and KFed getting down and dirty with her performing several sexy acts on his nasty ass. A source said, “At the time the two of them were in the honeymoon stages of the relationship and couldn’t keep their hands off each other. They did nothing all day but have sex—and play the odd game of chess.”

Spiderman star, Tobey Maguire, 31, and his fiance, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, 29, are the proud new parents of a baby girl.

Maguire and Meyer welcomed their new daughter into the world Thursday evening after delivering her at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, California.

Maguire and Meyer have been together since 2003. They announced their engagement in April of 2006. This is the couple's first child.

Before Brit dropped the papers on him, a Fed-up Britney Spears was spotted weeping in a NYC restaurant last Thursday. A girl only cries in a restaurant when she's been stood up. The pair was in the Big Apple this weekend, but stayed at different hotels. How inconvenient. Apparently, the Federputz didn't show up for a scheduled rendezvous. Not good.
Spears can be seen at the table, wiping away tears and talking to a man who appears to be her bodyguard. Britney then shows the man a new red dress with a tag on it, leaves the table and returns in the dress!
Whatshisname didn't know that Spears was filing for divorce. According tocourt papers filed yesterday, Spears is asking for bth legal and physical custody of one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights. Er, when he shows up, of course.

It seems like she feels happier than ever. Skating like back in her old days Brit truly enjoys herself. See the VIDEO. Or maybe she is just trying to cope.

TMZ.com once again writes: Newly single and icy cool, Britney Spears took to the world famous ice skating rink at Rockefeller Center in New York tonight, in a post-filing-of-papers celebratory skate. With K-Fed in the deep freeze, she has reason to celebrate.
Brit's manager Larry Rudolph helped the blonde pop tart stay upright, while hordes of amazed tourists took pictures and watched the teen idol skate. Once Britney got her balance, she was twirling and putting on quite a show -- just two hours after news of her split was scooped by TMZ.
Just before skating, she did some damage at a local Gap store to pick up an outfit for the rink. She looked fine in her slick black pants, plunging neckline and white hat (the good guys always wear a white hat).
She had been seen earlier leaving her hotel, and dining at Italian bistro Baldoria, protected by dark glasses and a large bodyguard.

TMZ.com reports: TMZ obtained the legal papers, filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences." In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple's two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights. As for money, sources tell TMZ the couple, who married in Oct. 2004, has an iron-clad prenup. Not surprisingly, Spears is waiving her right to spousal support. She's also asking the judge to make each party pay their own attorney's fees. Spears gives the date of separation as yesterday, the same day she flaunted her incredible revamped physique during a surprise appearance on David Letterman's show. Sources tell TMZ there was no single reason for Britney pulling the plug, rather, it was "a string of events." Spears has hired powerhouse celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who has repped a number of celebs, including Angelina Jolie, Nick Lachey and Kiefer Sutherland. We're told Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe asked Wasser to rep both of them in their split, but Wasser declined for personal reasons. Significantly, Britney lists the date of her marriage as October 6, 2004. There was an uproar around the time of the wedding because the highly publicized "secret" ceremony was held on Sept. 18th, leading many to question the validity of the ceremony. Now the divorce documents indicate that the lavish ceremony was not the official wedding.
